Dale M. Krause is a National Medicaid Crisis Planning Specialist with
Krause Financial Services, Inc. Mr. Krause’s educational credentials
include a B.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point,
Wisconsin; a J.D. degree from Thomas Cooley Law School, of Lansing,
Michigan; and, an LL.M. in Taxation from DePaul College of Law, of
Chicago, Illinois.

Mr. Krause is also a member of the Wisconsin and Michigan Bars,
National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Inc., Coalition of Wisconsin
Aging Groups, Institute of Elder Planning Studies, International
Association For Financial Planning, The Financial Planning Association,
Society of Financial Service Professionals, Fidelity Advisor Council,
Employees Life Company (Mutual) President’s Club - 1999 to 2006, and
is a licensed insurance agent and stockbroker. Mr. Krause is a regular
speaker at continuing legal education forums throughout the United
States, and recently offered presentations on The Deficit Budget Reform
Act of 2005 in Columbus, Ohio, Carmel and Indianapolis, Indiana, and
Tampa, Florida. Additionally, Mr. Krause has recently offered expert
testimony in Medicaid cases involving the use of a single premium pure
endowment life insurance contract with no cash value in the states of
Illinois, Michigan and North Carolina. In 2005, Mr. Krause successfully
litigated and co-litigated Medicaid Qualified Annuity cases in Kentucky,
Michigan, and North Carolina. Also, in December of 2003, Mr. Krause
was a member of the Medicaid Annuity Policy Panel, for The CNA
Corporation, a Non-Profit Research and Analysis Corporation, which met
in Alexandria, Virginia. Furthermore, Mr. Krause co-authored a book
entitled "Guiding Those Left Behind in Wisconsin," which was released by
Eagle Publishing Company. Finally, in the recent past, Mr. Krause has
been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, and the Lawyers Weekly USA in
an article entitled "States Crack Down on Medicaid Planning."

For the last twenty (20) years, Mr. Krause has been working with elder
law attorneys throughout the United States, and their clients, developing
and administering Medicaid Crisis Plans. Mr. Krause’s practice also
includes the sale of Medicaid Qualified Annuities and Long Term Care
Insurance - Partnership and Non Partnership.
